  Really fantastic experience. Came in with a water damaged screen at 5pm and it was fully fixed and operational by 4pm the next day. Great service at a great price.

  They refuse to honor their 3 month warranty, when they are at fault. Specifically said "come back within 3 months if there's any problems at all" Had iPod touch screen and home button fixed. 2 months later home button starts acting up again, and then the screen cracks with no major reason; it dropped approx 30cm off my bed onto a paperback book. from this, and the style of crack, this is not a genuine apple screen like they promised. I took it back and asked them to fix it. I was told "we didn't actually fix your home button, it fixed itself while we had possession of it." Because of this reasoning they expect me to pay for a fresh replacement. For what it's worth, the guy really, really enjoyed telling me there's nothing he's going to do and I would have to pay. Without a doubt the most patronizing scumbag I've ever encountered in customer service. Laughed at me for getting upset at being lied to and ripped off, blatantly took genuine pleasure in it.

  I came in with a malfunctioning keyboard on my mac laptop. I was worried they would tell me that I needed a new keyboard, instead they said that a cleaning would do the trick. It did! Working great now. It was done within the day - on a Saturday no less.

  My phone was dropped and the screen was cracked but i kept using with my crack screen, a month later the touch screen stopped responding me, i was so sick and feel so uncomfortable to get it to the phone repair shop because I was so worry about all my important data which are stored in the phone but i had no choice so i had to go through repair shop to get it fixed and Ways is my first option, guess what, i just dropped off my phone for about 20 min and it was repaired, the staff are friendly and welcome especially i got my phone back with a very amazing new screen. love Ways, most recommended repair service in Wellington.:)

  Genuinely never written a bad review in my life but had such a terrible experience with these guys I thought I had to start. Took my laptop in to get the hinges fixed. Got told it would take 2-3 weeks for the parts to arrive and they would then repair it the same day. After 4 weeks and no communication I went in to get an update. They said the parts had been turned away at customs so it would take another 10 days. 2 weeks later and still no communication I went in and was told the part would arrive the following day. Another 2 weeks later they finally have it fixed, making it 8 weeks total. After about 45mins of debate with the staff and the manager over the phone I got a total discount of $25 off my $320 bill. Long story short, they were bad.
