  Fantastic service! Received our 70's costumes over night and were so happy with them. Got heaps of fabulous comments on the Gogo boots. Would Highly recommend 'wear it out' for anyone looking for great costumes to hire and amazing service.

  Positive: Item arrived in one night and response from team was quick. Negatives: Website needs to state if costume is not available, not take money and then email to say it is not in stock. If the item is not available you should not be able to select it, just like any other modern day website.. Got a cheaper outfit instead as only on in stock. Was told would give refund back with bond. Have still not received. Was also asked to courier back item with overnight, which again is costly and should be told when renting item. Costume cheap quality, what you pay does seem a tad excessive. Unprofessional and rude service.

  Not sure who could ever complain about this company, super amazing quality better than any costume shop I’ve ever been to. No idea what this lady underneath my review is on about as the owner is very friendly and professional. If you wanted something cheaper go somewhere else no need to have a hissy fit what is that going to achieve it just makes you look like a nasty and sad person to be honest. highly recommend as I can tell the owner is very hardworking and passionate in what she does. Take that lady’s review with a grain of salt, some people just love to complain. Keep up the great service 👍🏻 People who love to drag others down have their own personal issues just remember that.
