  The Wellington Study Group (WSG) Inc. brings together people who want to explore and discover more about their own nature and the universe, look at the real questions of human life, and experience more of their true potential. The WSG currently offers: – Discussion groups – which consider consciousness and how to use it to understand ourselves and others by bringing more stillness and purpose into day-to-day life. Methods are offered for practising the ideas discussed. – A method of Meditation – to bring rest, happiness and effectiveness, while living a normal life in the community. – “The Turning” – approaching inner stillness through physical movement by a traditional method, taught and practised with others. Anyone is welcome who is willing to step outside the limitations of his or her opinions and personal background. Individuals can participate in any activity they choose. No commitment to a belief or doctrine is involved.
