  Very hard to speak directly, leaving messages for someone to get back to is a total waste of my time, it may be next day. Not good enough for a prominent back.

  Poor experience. Took time off work to meet with a business manager as organised but ended up having to meet with a home loan manager who didn't have a clue with regards to this field. Complete waste of time.
