  There is an older lady that works at the Sydenham Westpac with a shot blonde/greyish bob haircut and wears glasses - I forgot to get her name afterwards - I dont usually write reviews/complaints but this lady was extremely rude and unhelpful, she had no joy in her face and barely greeted me when I walked in, she did not seem to know how to do her job very well either, I asked this woman when the bank would get back to me on something and she just said in a dull tone "well I dont know, they will when they will' After she was done with my items she gathered them up and chucked them down right in front of me, Now I am the kind of person who greets most people with a smile and a simple hello! which in this case I did, even after trying to be friendly with this woman she showed no emotion whats so even. I am very disappoint in this kind of customer service - there was really no need for it.
