  . (12/2017) Located inside James Cook hotel. Normally buffet with good variety of food and drinks are on offer including soup, entrée, mains, desserts and salads. Delicious food and good presentation. There is big hall for group events. Pleasant and efficient staff. Service with smile. Beautiful ambiance and awesome view of CBD. Cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Good for groups, family, kids and celebrations. Ample hotel parking space. Wheelchair parking is available and there is wheelchair accessible entrance.

  Really unimpressed with the food choices or lack there of for lunch. The hot food was like warm and there were only a couple of meats. The dessert part was fine, the apple crumble was hot but no way was this worth $35pp

  Being a vegetarian my options in hot food(buffet) were boiled potatoes and steamed rice. I have been here previously and the did have live pasta station and not any more. So they assumed they won’t have any vegetarian guests.

  Beautiful view from level 17 of James Cook Hotel. It's a self help Buffet menu with lots of choices to choose from. There's a variety of seafood, hot dishes, two choices of soups, roast beef or ham on the bone, lots of deserts to enjoy and tea & coffee. So much food you can eat.
