  lady followed my mother and I around the store like we were criminals, we felt so uncomfortable that we left without purchasing anything and just purchased elsewhere.

  For the first time in my life I got told off for sitting 5mins reading a chapter of a book while my friend was looking around. During the 5 mins I spent there an employee came to me twice strongly hinting that I shouldn't be doing this unless I intended to purchase the book. I have been in several bookshops around the world and never have seen this before...
