  Last year my wife and I needed to relocate quickly from Auckland to Christchurch and had limited time to view properties. Luckily the first viewing was with Sophie Brinkers from Whittle Knight and Boatwood. Sophie was professional, friendly and was able to time it pretty much perfectly with our move. Any enquiries or problems were handled promptly and we had no hesitation to renew the tenancy agreement. If we need to move again, we will definitely contact Sophie and Whittle Knight first.

  Renting from the team at WK&B has been an easy and enjoyable experience. Our property manager, Sophie, has been great in facilitating any maintenance required and liaising with the home owner to extend our lease several times. Would definitely recommend renting with them to anyone!

  After privately managing my own rental for many years its been a breath of fresh air taking it to Whittle knight and Boatwood. The staff are professional and friendly and I am completely aware that my property is in great hands. Should of done this years ago

  Wonderful service from the team at Whittle Knight. I moved my property to them from a much less organised company and I will not look back. I now feel like my house is being looked after properly. Communication is quick and the staff are lovely.
