  The team at Wild Poppies are amazing. I live in Canada and have lots of family home in NZ I send a lot of gifts with Wild Poppies for birthdays, celebrations etc.. The recipients always send me photos showing how gorgeous the gifts are. The delivery always turns up on the right day. The team at Wild Poppies have helped me out a few times when I have made mistakes or need to make changes to my order. They always fix things up for me with zero fuss. I will continue to send beautiful gifts through wild poppies.

  i went in earlier today to get flowers for a family member. the shop itself is part workshop and is very beautiful. the staff are helpful and friendly. i got a really pretty bouquet for a reasonable price.

  It's so beautiful this shop... Staff so kind and friendly.. And the flowers are incredible... It's the best in NZ... By far....

  Terrible Customer Service - Rated Zero for Order Fulfillment and Support Having ordered previously with Wild Poppies I assumed that the products and the service would be worth the price - I purchased two packages for Valentines day for my friend working in metropolitan Auckland on the 13th of February - via their website which was still advertising Valentines Day packages - I spent $260 NZD on this. Giving specific instructions on where and before when the flowers should be sent. On the morning of Valentines Day, I received an email from their customer support team saying that they had run out of stock were no longer taking orders for Valentines Day, leaving me with no option other than to refund or have the order fulfilled AFTER Valentines day. I expressed my frustration to them via a long chain of emails which then lead them to promise that they "just got stock in" and would deliver to the assigned place of work by Valentines day before close of business. This did not happen - their delivery happened long outside of the desired time - and they delivered it to the front desk - without any confirmation - or response to repeated attempts to determine whether the arrangement would be sent out on time. My friend had long since gone home. And had to drive in at 8pm to pick up an arrangement that was already wilting by the time she retrieved them. I sent them an email indicating that this was unacceptable and they furnished me with no response. After years of patronage - I will not be spending a single red cent at Wild Poppies ever again - I suggest you do the same. Especially if you plan on having any deliveries being made that are time sensitive.

  I received flowers late this afternoon and they were stunning; delivered by a friendly man at my door! The surprise was the cup cakes also included which were amazing - out of this world! Highly recommended. would leave photo of cup cakes but we ate them all !
