  Good selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid stuff and mother of the groom. Bit pricey. They also do accessories for hair, veil, necklaces. Dress alteration service is professional and comprehensive as they are experts.

  I had been somewhere else before, and had given up on finding a dream dress. Believing I would have to pay $3000 for anything remotely decent. Then I went to Wilkins. All the staff were lovely and professional. They understood my figure and recomended only ones that look beautiful on. I was stuck choosing between 4 lovely dresses. I was allowed photos and could sit and take time with my decision. I am also doing alterations through them, the team is lovely.

  I walked in with my friend, the bride to be, another brides maid and two family members.it is a beautiful entrance with lovely layout and good selection of dresses. The lady behind the counter welcomed us and offered us a drink which was lovely. Then a different lady helped us with selection. I am not judgmental but it is so important to dress professionally when you are representing a business. The lady had on very high thigh high boots with very short sparkly dress which we all felt inappropriate as she reached for dresses !!! A friend chose a dress for our bride to be friend and the assistant said that 'it would not be right as it would show too many lumps and bumps' . So much potential in there if a bit of work on customer service was done and better understanding of body shapes.

  One word - FANTASTIC! Went there with one of my bridesmaids to try on a couple of dresses, I had only a couple of ideas on what I thought I might like based on the theme and location of my wedding. I had bridal consultant Jan, she was absolutely amazing! Made me feel so special, like nothing was ever an issue, helped me choose dresses that would suit my body shape and made me feel so great considering I was only 8 weeks post partum! Pretty sure I found my dream dress! - considering it made me cry. The store is laid out well with gorgeous wallpaper, they have a great selection of dresses and designers. The other staff are really lovely too and offer drinks. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dress!
