  I bought some heels from this store. They caused me 3 blisters within 30 mins of wearing them and the store wouldn't return them as they were worn. Manager was rude and dismissive and doesn't understand the law around the Consumers Guarantee Act. Would not recommend buying from this store.

  Most comfortable and stylish shoes. I wish they made half sizes though as I struggle with shoes due to my wide feet. I also think if Wittner made heel protectors Wittner customers would buy them as high heels often get damage by cobblestones and grooves in the walkways. Wittner make classy, unique and feminine shoes.

  Girlfriend bought a pair of shoes. They were worn for about 15 minutes before the blister was too painful. Went to take it back in less than 2 weeks later with the reciept. Manager wouldn’t accept it because she claimed condition was too bad - despite less than 15 minutes of wear. Manager was frankly pretty rude. Wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from shoes here.

  Accidentally found this store during my last trip to Wellington. Beautiful, comfortable shoes and is stocked in small sizes. I hope Wittner open a store in Christchurch.

  Incredible service! Bought boots while visiting Wgtn and after having a few problems staff quickly sorted issue promptly with no dramas or questions asked. Really appreciated the hassle free service and highly recommend store and staff. Thank you 😊
