  Where should I start :( apartment was like being in a student uni flat. Carpet was old and miss matched in rooms, bathroom was old, whole unit was old and smelt like they had fumigated carpet and furnishings. Cobwebs in lounge area. Reasonably clean and clean bedding. but hard to sleep with fumes. And not somewhere I would advise to stay if you were going to spend time in your unit. Reception short and unhelpful. Never ever again! If your looking at this place and have no other option. Request more modern, refurbished units NOT 312 or better still a tent would be better

  Great location, polite staff. Accommodation are old but well maintained. If they upgrade the bathroom then it a full 5 stars.

  + very affordable + good location + good wifi + functional kitchen + updated bathroom - everything that is not the bathroom could use updating - badly insulated, noise from outside can be an issue - very few TV channels

  The first looks are deceiving, as you soon go into the rooms its its spotless. Everything is cleaned down the sides of chairs and behind cupboards. They offer you free laundry and drying,it's not a far walk from town and it's right next to couplands. The beds are comfy and the couches too. Really want to come back I highly recommend (This is a customer not a worker)

  A great little place in Dunedin. We found it on booking. Com. Looked a little old, but once we got here was surprised. Cosy and quiet, large 2 bedroom apartment close to all services and town centre. This is our actual room here. Ample space inside for 6 people. Has 2 roll away beds hidden in upstairs bedroom. Which is quite big. Will stay here again.
