  USED goods sold as 'NEW' - Don't Trust XP Computers. I bought a hard drive from XP only to find that it was NOT NEW. It was full of another customer's personal documents, photos, emails, Windows install etc. I later found out that customer had bought a computer from them and then returned it - this disk was taken from that computer and sold as new. It could well have been damaged or worn by what was clearly long term use by this other person. This time XP was careless in not wiping the drive, allowing me to find out - but who knows how many more of their products are secretly second hand? Don't take the risk - shop elsewhere.

  I have bought several components from XP and have had to return one. In all instances their service was outstanding. Recently, a drive ordered online arrived at my address within 24 hours! Thanks for the great service XP!
