  Been to here last month. The facilities are amazing and that's the best yha hostel in terms of facilities. Room and kitchen are very clean. However, I found that the staff is a bit bias...When I check out, the staff told me that there is no luggage room for storage and I have to paid for a secure locker. (that's normally available in most hostel). So I have paid for the locker and they didn't told me that the locker provide neither change nor refund. As a result, I lose a few bucks on that. When I take my luggage out, I found that the staff help an European to put her luggage into luggage room. I feel like the staff is a bit bias on that.

  Absolutely loved it, rooms were neat and tidy, beds were comfy and was in perfect walking distance of Te papa, the waterfront, plus the veiw was pretty good. 10/10, totally recommend!

  Great place, lovely clean, organized, they have everything you could possibly need, supermarket across the road, very friendly staff

  Absolutely cannot fault this place. Rooms were very nice and if you get a bathroom in your room, they are quite high class and high quality for a backpackers. Amazing views. Would come here again and again and recommend it to anyone.

  Basic (obviously, since it's a hostel and reasonably priced), but clean and nice little twin room with bedding and an extra fleece throw and a towel provided. Clean bathrooms, we noticed even hair dryers are provided. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked good.
