  Wow stunning yoga last night! So pleased Karla's classes have restarted for 2018. What a fabulous teacher - great teaching, amazing philosophy and practice. Karla creates a really rich atmosphere with a fantastic group of people to engage with and learn alongside.

  I met Karla in 2015 and have been learning from her since. She is a knowledgeable teacher and a caring mentor who shares her own unique understanding of the Yoga practice. Both her active and restorative classes are amazing! Highly recommended!

  Karla Brodie is a highly experienced yoga teacher and practitioner. Her depth of yogic understanding on a physical, emotional, mental and philosophical level combined with her gentle personality, make for beautiful, rewarding classes with a true understanding of yoga.   I have studied yoga with Karla for 18 years! She is a highly skilled teacher who's classes are engaging, warm, restorative and beautifully held by her kind and conscious approach. I am constantly recommending Karla as one of the best yoga teachers I have encountered in my 26 year Yoga journey.

  Karla has to be one of the most insightful yoga teachers in Auckland as well as one of the most highly regarded restorative yoga teachers in New Zealand. Her classes are always inclusive, welcoming and cater for individual needs. I learn something new every time i attend one of her classes - both from an individual and teaching perspective.
