::Good, efficient, prompt service from courteous staff makes a world of difference to customers. Happy to visit again here and other Z-stations because of their well-trained, well-mannered staff. In general staff do not allow themselves to be distracted by their own needs or inattentiveness when customers are transacting, ie. they are totally professional, which is more than I can say for some BP stations. All this when Z-staff has to operate in one of the busiest stations in the Hutt, so kudos to them.
