  Loved Zealandia. What a great way to see some rare native NZ species in a semi-natural habitat. It's also a great place to walk/hike. If I lived in Wellington I would definitely become a member to get unlimited free access to this place.

  Friendly helpful staff at the front counter...answered my questions well and gave good advice. Birdlife was amazing and I got good photos quite easily. Well set out and easy to follow maps. I will be back for more photos!! Thank you!

  Amazing scenery! Definitely worth a visit, the views and wildlife are stunning. Main red track is nice and gentle and there's more adventurous stuff off the side. A day pass for 2 people is only half the price of membership so worth paying the extra if you're local!

  Beautiful New Zealand bush a short bus ride from the city centre. Grandson and I enjoyed trying to find all the plants and animals on the map handouts. It is fantastic to have so many native birds flying around. The boat ride back to the entrance just finished off the visit perfectly.

  Amazing!! Incredible conservation effort being undertaken here with a long-term vision for the future of New Zealand's native wildlife. Our night tour was awesome. We saw both a male and a female Kiwi, and even a Kiwi chick! Loads of other fantastic sightings too. Were told that is an exceptional haul! The educational value of the tour was really superb. If you live in Wellington, well worth an annual membership, even if you only go once, just to support your local community.
