  The guy who came to work ripped me off. I was charged $85 for unclocking a door which is advertised for $55 on their website. it says 'conditions apply' but I can't see 'conditions' anywhere. such a money thief. I called him and all he said was 'he is just an employee'. Also said thst extra charge of 30 dollars were due to my location which is not in the city. Fine, Phillipstown is not city. Then I discovered their business location whcih is closer to my address than the CITY. If all this explanation is written in their 'conditions', I would just forget it easily.

  Back in 2013 Locked out changed a few of my house locks. It was great they turned up and were able to supply locks and key them - which changed a big bunch of keys into just one key. They worked quickly and the process was smooth.

  I was locked out of my car and they were there in 20 min. Super service friendly helpful guy and not expensive like the others i called. Highly recommended
