  Generally I would always say there is room for improvement for a business that relies on its sales team to perform within the business and deliver the expected results. Will Barrells I simply cannot say this, most of the big ticket purchases I have made over the last 5 or so years have more often than not been made at Barrells, the team are always a pleasure to deal with and I’ve noticed unlike other stores, if the salesperson doesn’t know the answer to my qiestion the will actually seek clarification from another team member rather than guess to keep me happy. Most recent purchase was a large tv that couldn’t be carried on my own so the salesperson assisted to carry it from the store to my vehicle, helped strap it to the ute and then ended with a handshake - some very old school professionalism that did not go unmissed. Love your work Barrells, I look forward to my next purchase.
