  Had a great experience with a1 awsome customer service very friendly team fast service willing to help you out if needed good friendly dogs no problems at all would recommend to all PS and also to the young maori guy that u see wearing the gumboots sorry thats how i remebered you plese dont take it to heart but such an awsome person to have meet very helpful your the best mate merry Xmas a1 thank you again

  After my recently posted (negative) review, I was contacted by the business owner, accused of dirtying the car myself and told that "for now" no extra fees for cleaning would be charged. I guess I'd better take down my bad review huh? An incoherent stream of insults and falsehoods followed in which I as told: "educate yourself more", "you have too much time on your hands", and called a "birocrat" (sic) and a "judgmental (sic) person" and so forth. To my complaint that the airport pickup driver forgot to show up, I was told "we are not slaves", and to the complaint that she drove off with no seat belt and without waiting for us to fasten the belt of our baby, I was told: "this is your responsability (sic) as an adult and a good mother." Given the mistake as to my gender, perhaps the tirade was intended for someone else. Who knows. In any case, I don't recommend subjecting yourself to this business.

  There's no way a company this disagreeable could keep trading, it has to be some kind of front. Filthy and even dangerous cars, rusting in a muddy scrap yard full of dogs. Not even the scantest vestiges of customer service: hasty, rude, telling me to hurry up despite a complete absence of any other clients. A surreal and vaguely intimidating experience.

  Great experience - easy to work with, keen to help you out, and great customer service. And thought had developed mechanical issue while away, they were immediately finding solutions and help, turned out i was just not used to modern vehicles and button starts!! Thanks A1!
