  Highly professional company that I would have no hesitation in recommending. I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who listened to what I needed and who happily answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very grateful that Matt the manager was able to help with my request as all of his staff were booked out. Matt was punctual and very friendly. He was very respectful when moving my furniture. I am extremely happy with the results and how clean my carpets now look. Having used previous companies before I can definitely notice a huge difference and will be sticking with AA carpet cleaning from now on. Thank you so much.

  Horrible experience, called around 3 companys this one sounded the best ON THE PHONE!!! didnt do my research, even if you look at how many times they pop up on this list with different locations its a give away... Everything is a have with this company, the Quote on the phone! Turned up late, the guy that came round just wanted to SELL SELL SELL!! would not take no for a answer, and the price was $100 more than i was told on the phone, I told the guy where are you based ill come see your manager face to face as calling him was a waste of time, he told me they work out of his house garage over the North Shore and is not allowed to give me the adress.... what a joke.

  Fantastic company, could not have asked for more. Went above and beyond the call of duty with helping move furniture and then cleaned all my rugs for free. All the stains were removed and I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and service received. Got my moneys worth and found them to very reasonably priced for the great service delivered. Have had another company before but these guys were definitely better!! Thank you and I will highly recommend you to others!

  Couldn't be happier! Got the reception area of our mechanics workshop cleaned in under an hour and even chucked in a freebie and cleaned the coffee stains out of the back floor of my car. Lovely guy and fantastic service, very very please :) Thanks guys!!
