  Waited one and a half hours to get served this afternoon. To get a license renewal. Extremely poor service. No water cooler and twice as many staff needed. Appalling service.

  Extremely unprofessional and extremely rude staff. I would have given less rating if i could. I have never seen any business with staff this rude. Ruined my day.

  Well I was pleasantly surprised, friendly and helpful staff, compared to VTNZ yesterday, a complete 180 difference. A great customer service experience, well done the AA :)

  Susan Young visited AA Northcroft St for Drivers License renewal. I was served by David who had a trainee badge on. He made my visit excellent by being kind, curtious and helpful. Well done you are great at your job! and an asset to AA Takapuna
