  Good afternoon fellow possible AA customers. I wandered into AA Napier today to get my car registration. I waited patiently behind two customers for approximately 15 minutes. I was happy when my turn came to be served...alas! When I stepped toward the front counter the 'customer service representative' left the area and served customers who had just literally walked in. I was left standing there alone thinking 'what just happened?' I proceeded to leave the store. I was stunned and disppointed at the lack of care and service. Good news is that I went to another establishment and received excellent customer service. The name of this business? Why it's the VTNZ in Onekawa, you have done yourselves proud guys. I will recommend this business to everyone! I was very grateful to have my experience turn out so positive. :)
