  This Motel has great value for money, with friendly staff and mostly modern facilities. Comfortable, cosy rooms that ticked all necessary boxes. Quick drive to Malls, and a stones throw to restaurants down the street. Things to note are that this Motel is 2 stories, with only stairs. We noted small things, such as the heater was loosely screwed into the wall, also cupboard doors that were loose. All things easily fixable, and wasn't an issue to us. Also note no double glazing. Overall, a relaxed affordable option, close to the shops and comfortable sleeping.

  Place was filthy, sheets weren't clean, visible black mold in the shower & toilet was dirty. I had pre-ordered breakfast however this was not supplied. There were No smoke alarms, no fire extinguishers & no visible fire hoses in or around buildings. They upgraded my room prior to my arrival, at their discretion & then tried to charge me extra. I eventually got the extra removed along with breakfast money but this did take persistence on my part. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

  I was really happy when the guy let us check in three hours earlier than normal. It was exactly what we needed!. The parking is great and location is good too. The room was tidy and I loved that the TV was in view from the bed. They did not mind giving us a second milk too, because I wasn’t very well cups of tea was a plenty!. The price was good too so overall a good cheaper motel.

  We booked this motel for just one night and didn’t even stay. Once we checked in we discovered how putrid our room was! There was an incredibly strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire room. No matter how we tried to air out the room, the smell of smoke just wouldn’t leave. We approached management explaining the situation and firstly asked for another room. We were told there were no more available rooms. We decided we couldn’t sleep in the room as the smell was so intense. So again approaching management we explained we couldn’t sleep in there and so would like a refund (which we thought was reasonable as there were no other options). Being told this was not possible we explained we wouldn’t be staying. Only then as I walked towards the exit did the manager then try and ‘upgrade’ us to another room (apparently it appeared out of nowhere)..needless to say we declined. The management of this motel should be ashamed of their lack of hospitality and extreme disregard for issues raised by paying customers. Extremely disappointed. The cheap price of this hotel is definitely a reflection of its services. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
