  Economic lodge equipped basic kitchen facilities. Room is quite spacious, and there is a small balcony behind the room. The bathroom is far too basic. No bathtub and no divider for the shower area. The whole bathroom got totally wet after shower. Small space to put changing clothes, need to move a chair to the bathroom for keeping clothes. The bathroom is a wall away from the hallway, need to make sure the window is closed before taking a shower. Sound proofing is not good, remember to keep voice down if you don’t want to share your conversation with neighbors. XD! A lot of trees surrounding the whole place. And it is in a walking distance to the lake and the glow worms travel center.

  John is a friendly welcoming host. The room was super clean and modern. If I come to Oamaru it will be my first choice to stay.

  Very nice and comfortable rooms. Double glazed windows keeps any traffic noise out
