  I never had a problem untill now. A rather unfriendly guy, who at the time of going to leave the car and while I went down to ask only where I left because there was no place, he comes in a little arrogant saying that we could not park ... something we obviously knew, did not give us time to get a cell phone that was in the car. After the guy arrives and tells us that he did not find anything, that we should go get him, the car was parked in another corner, And the cell phone was at the driver's door. Very bad service after renting.
