I have had nothing but the highest level of service since then and now that I have a chronic condition and so grateful to be able to get prompt scans and rheumatology appointment's with the reassurance that if new needs arise in the future these costs will also be covered. The phone responses are invariably friendly and helpful, claims approved sometimes the same day and payments made quickly. One of my best life choices.
