::Called in to speak to someone about my BMW problem today and to get a quote to fix. Was told by woman at desk no-one free. How do I get a quote? You have to book car in and they will charge for time it takes to diagnose. No free quotes?? Not here. Go somewhere else people, this is not how you run a business and money is obviously more important than service.

::Took our Audi there for an extensive job. They were excellent in every regard: Chris organized for a loaner vehicle while ours was being repaired, Damon (mechanic) called me regularly with updates on the progress, they addressed other issues not related to the main problem, and when I picked up the car Damon showed me every single part that was replaced, pointing out the reasons why it was replaced. They even did the WOF as mine had expired while it was in the shop. When the work was finished, Chris e-mailed the invoice to me prior to picking up the car so I could go over it in case I had questions. I was extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the high level of customer service and professionalism. I will certainly go back to Acton in the future, and would have no reservations about recommending them to friends.
