  Thanks Kevin and Tracey for a most enjoyable and comfortable stay. Lots of things for kids to do on site. The covered all seasons hot swimming pool and spa is a must at any time of the day. Highly recommended.

  Exceptional value for money getting a family cabin. We got it for 2 people as it was the last available and looked ok. Definitely exceeded expectations. These cabins are very new, well decorated and furnished. Cabins are stand alone, so no problems with neighborly noise. Located just outside Rotorua (about 10 minutes from centre) everything is within leisurely reach.

  Lovely location set just between the main road, beside the lake. The entrance is easy to find and staff are really nice and helpful. There's also a little shop with some of the bare essentials. The site itself is well laid out and offers a mix of camping, caravanning/motorhome sites as well as a range of cabins. The cabins are basic, but nicely finished and well kept.

  We've stayed in many places over the years here and in Aussie with our kids and All Seasons didn't disappoint. Accommodation (new family units) exceeded expectations. Well maintained grounds, plenty to keep the kids occupied. Great service from friendly and welcoming staff. Will be back!
