  Great place, very helpful staff in the gym. Good facilities.

  The showers in the gym don't last that long, have to constantly push the button (I guess saves on water). Really cold in winter.

  Staff generally friendly, squash courts a good price and pretty quiet!

  Absolutely appalling service, failed to inform us that a group was booked prior to ours with less than an hour to set up and prepare for a BIG birthday. Staff disregarded any attempts to rectify the problem and were in no way helpful at all. The group prior to us were not instructed or asked to leave at the time put down therefore it changed the whole dynamic of our event - i.e. - stuffed it all up! Disappointing facility , terrible service and lack of moral support from any staff. Pathetic really.
