  Ignorant-privilege wannabes complaining about this place. It's one of the easiest PRE-PAY station to operate. There are instructions of usage on screen. This petrol station has been on pre-pay for the last 4years. Preauthorised amount clearly stated on machines. This is my preference to fill fuel because they're cheap and trustworthy. If you're stuck on how to operate the pre-pay machine just enquire inside the store. They're only open certain hours but the pre-pay service is 24/7. Cheapest fuel around, highly recommend.

  Poor service . Waited 20 minutes did not bother to open the pump. Probably staff was on phone

  Used the service station for the first time recently as their advertised fuel price was lower than Gull, where I usually fill up. Should of rather paid the extra few cents p/lt. Their card facility put a charge of $200 through our account, which is not unusual and I put in a total of $60.01 fuel. After three (3) days, the $200 did not reverse through the account with the correct amount and we went to the service station to query. The cashier almost immediately dismissed me and told me that it will reverse. Fast forward to another week and the amount still had not reversed and I once again went to the service station to raise a grievance. As before, I was almost dismissed immediately by the attendant. After making a bit of a noice, I was told by the attendant to call card service's and provided me with a number. He refused to take any responsibility or assist any further. As a foot note: my accent was detected by both attendant's, who identified me as a foreigner and I felt like this was the reasoning behind why they wouldn't assist me or try resolve the issue. Regardless, this service station dispatched $60.01 fuel and charged and banked $200, earning them a profit of $139.99 and refused to attempt to resolve the issue or take any responsibility for the over charge. I've lost $139.99 but they have lost a customer and I won't let this go..... poor show for a Kiwi business

  I would have to say the chap that works here is the friendliest kindest most positive petrol station attendant I have come across in 40 years of driving. Happy New Year Khozema. You rock☺
