::Avoid at all costs. Were quoted a price for certain cubic metres of goods. Were told that if we didnt use all the space the final invoice would be reduced by a few hundred dollars. So we decided to leave some items behind to help reduce the cost. We have since received the final invoice where we used considerably less than the cubic metres quoted. Have been told the invoice amount is only reduced by $9.70. We have now been told the price was fixed. So we then asked if we could have more goods shipped to fill the entire cubic metre space we had paid for and were told it was too late. All we wanted was what we were promised ( a reduced price by hundreds not $9.70) or to have had all our goods shipped. Based on other reviews its appears this is a common tactic used to deceive customers into paying too much

::Our dealings with Allied Pickford's PN has been nothing short of horrendous. The service has been dismal (incorrectly quoted - by approx $2k, which we were notified of literally weeks after our house had been packed and we had left the country). The communication we received from Sean specifically regarding the 'incorrect quote' was absolutely deplorable. Would not recommend.

::Avoid at all costs!!! Absolutely terrible: 1) They lost a box in Palmerston North, would not even return a single phone call about it. When they did answer the phone they said they'd look and call us back, which they never bothered to d. Demonstrates how little they care about your stuff. 2) Paid to have goods unpacked as wife is 30 weeks pregnant and I'd be at work. Dumped all our stuff at the house. No refund for not unpacking. Still managed to damage some furniture though (see picture). Was talking to someone at work who had nearly identical experience. Just awful, wouldn't trust them in your house. Consider any other company.

::Check twice and tree times. They charged more. If you found something wrong, they wouldn't do something right for you.
