  Best coffee in Ponsonby, Hands down. Keeps all our coffee connoisseurs/builders on our Herne Bay/Ponsonby building sites pumping along nicely.

  I was in today to pick up our weekly coffee. We only have a single card, and my husband had it, so after a couple of searches on the system, I said I was happy to wait until the coffee rush was over. I waited patiently for 15 minutes, only to be served by someone else who was rude and impatient with me as he could not find our details in your system. I called my hubby and and got the card number (ie- I tried!!!) I appreciate that bringing your card makes it easier, but I've worked in retail for years with loyalty cards (and the annoyance of looking up their details!) and wouldn't dream of speaking to someone the way I was spoken to. We are regular customers, but will seriously consider taking our business elsewhere, which is disappointing, cause we love your coffee!!!
