::Great bikes, service and value! Opened up in winter for us (warm day) for the Poolburn Viaduct ride. Good quality new Norco bikes and excellent information on the drive to the drop off point. Highly recommended👍🏻

::Good service, good rental bikes and buggy, a bit expensive, hence the four stars.

::Not really useful, just make me waste my time and ask for 10 $ for something I could have done myself.

::helped out with some local knowledge about the tracks. Very friendly. Great range of small tools in the case you forget your own (like i did!). If I were to be based in Alex I would likely be using these guys as my local shop. A good range of bikes on offer from reputable brands. Good to see an established shop in some of the best riding country in New Zealand. Keep it up.

::Go visit these guys if you’re around Aexandra! Super friendly people and they’ll tell you all about one of my personal favorite small bike park in New Zealand, Flat Top Hill. Only 5 min drive from town, absolutely awesome scenery and usual Kiwi trail building quality wow! Smooth track up, looonnngg flowy fast descents. Sphinx Rock is a MUST! The last black diamond downhill track will surely give you your dose of adrenaline :-/ About the shop itself, I don’t know but with this kind of people holding it, no doubt they give the best service as well :)
