  I've been in here a number of times for various reasons - mostly queries on my insurance. Each time I was met by someone who was most helpful and they have always been able to answer my questions without having to go look things up or ask someone else - great to see people working who have the knowledge of their product. Definitely recommend these guys

  Sitting on hold for ages while some stupid persons tries to tell me about how bloody wonderful they are, pity no one answers the damn phone, that would work to make me think they are wonderful.

  had to wait and listen to music for 15 mins and some one rabbiting on about a service that does not exist. Then when some one did aswered got shoved to another department and then was asked to ring the repairer my self !!!!!!!
