  The customer service and follow up leaves a lot to be desired, had my first claim in quite a substantial amount of time and was left with a bitter taste in my mouth, feel they are more concerned with revenue collected than customer service, would i change yes, can i afford to change no not at this point in time but will be looking closely in the very near future.
