::I got a balayage done here 2 years ago. I had dark brown hair at the time, and told them I wanted to slowly lighten my hair, and I understood it would not be blonde that wasn't what I was expecting. I had a appointment set for 4 and had to wait in a chair where they washed your hair for almost 45 minutes.. they burnt my hair to a crisp literally.. (told me it was because my hair was already damaged) although I had gotten it done about 1 and a half months prior with a treatment (somewhere else) and they had no issue. My hair was the best it had ever been. They then proceeded to cut off about 5-8 inches with a men's shaver, and tried to make me avoid seeing the damage.. (never asked for a straight cut) my hair was already short so by the time I got home I was in absolute tears, I was on holiday also so couldn't come back for a refund. They also told me when leaving I would need to use hair masks/treatments instead of conditioner from now on.. Its been 2 years now and my hair is still falling out and damaged, the ends still look horrible, and colour will not stick over the orange hair they left me with. I use treatments and hair masks as directed from them, and never use any heat on my hair. I have tried so darn hard to save my hair and its still destroyed.. they were extremely rude to me, and made me feel as though it was my fault they had mucked up. I literally didn't call because I am so awkward and shy I didn't know how to handle it. Im leaving this review because I don't want anyone else having this experience. Again its been 2 years and my hair is still destroyed from this.

::The staff were friendly however the service was not the greatest. After my nail was done there was dry glue all over my nails. My nail tech also cut me a few times and I bled. She then put nail polish remover on my cut to make it stop bleeding which was very painful. She cut the same finger a few times with the file and rubbed the buffer on it and also chipped the acrylic on it and then put nail polish on it to cover that. It was a terrible experience for me and it has put me off from getting my nails done ever again. I really wish I didn't have such a horrible experience because they were very lovely people. Response: Hi Amy, Thank you for responding. I came on the 24th of July at 12 pm.

::had my sns nails done here, nothing was too fancy, just sns on my natural nails, and they looked super bumpy and shape was uneven, it was the worst sns nails i've ever had in Wellington. price was cheap tho, but i'd rather go for a wee more expensive salon for better job. definitely not coming back.
