  When I last checked veterinary care was all about the wellbeing of animals. These guys are all about the extensive bill and money up front. The poor suffering animal is clearly not a priority.....

  (21 June 17) I just cannot speak highly enough of Karl Mathis and his team. Our boy has just had both of his cruciate ligaments fixed by Karl with metal plates and screws. Karl was recommended to us by friends and I'm so glad we went to ARC from the first step in the door he has been amazing and so informative. He explained everything so very well and was always on hand for our questions and concerns. He phoned us many times to keep us updates throughout Rustles care and even before we went in for the surgery he called us as he saw we bought rustle in overnight and wanted to make sure he was ok. Him and his team at ARC day or night are an amazing one of a kind bunch and we are so very very grateful for absolutely everything they have done. Thank you so much guys we don't have enough words to thank you. Anyone that needs specialist care for their fur babies we highly highly recommend ARC. Thanks everyone Taija, Ken and Rustle ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Update 24 Aug 17 - After our boy has had his post op check up from his bilateral surgery we just wanted to update our review for ARC and for Karl and the rest of the team ( sorry I don't know names :) ) we have had the best possible outcome for his recovery process, and Karl was once again super fantastic (and the lovely nurse chloe for clipping our boys nails, we asked if they could do the dew as he cracks that all the time and she did them all instead so amazing thank you Chloe) anyway for anyone that is concerned, worried, thinks their question about their fur babies recovery is stupid, Please Don't think that - These guys are so amazing at making you feel at ease with great explanations and advice and even though we are on the down hill slope now they still let us know we can ask any questions if we have concerns about his knees at anytime, no question is silly. So once again HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys, best specialists we have dealt with so far! Thank you guys so much we are so truly grateful for everything!
