::Super friendly and helpful staff. I love coming in with my dog to let her pick out a treat- she gets so much attention running around carrying her treat. Great dog washes as well, when my pup was petrified of the blow dryer they were fine with us walking her through the shop (while she was wet) to get outside. Some things can be pricey but can’t put a price on your pets

::Staff are lovely friendly and very helpful but I want to make special mention of Lisa Mackintosh (Vet) and the vet nurses as they provide a service that is invaluable and are very much considered part of our family as Lisa and the Team saved our we Chihuahua Bella's life then our other girl Zara was diagnosed with Cushing disease by Lisa who worked with us to give her the best last 12 months she would have passing away on the 21st December at my feet in bed last year and they also arranged for her cremation etc and return to us So please take your pets to Lisa and the team.

::Staff are friendly and for the first time I've seen a pet stores treat beta fish properly. They have double the amount of room normally given and the water is filtered. Amazing to see!
