  On saturday i called into a different store (a competitor) to purchase some loaches. Not 1 but 3 staff ignored me even after i said i was there to purchase this was at 2pm. I left quite annoyed. On sunday i was driving past your store i called in even though it was 5.20. One staff member was there. He went out the back and two more came out. By the time we had finished our purchase it was 5.35 and the young man who served me was pleasent the entire time even though the store should have been closed. I wish i could remember his name. But thank you for putting your customer first at closing time on a Sunday.

  Bring your your dog along here it's welcome put him or her on a lead and let your dog have a sniff around at the marvelous treats on offer. Our dog gets really excited when we start to turn down the street to Animates. The staff are always helpful and welcoming. Our favorite purchase is the ziwipeak healthy treats, a kiwi made formula with geen lipped muscles added. Always worthwhile stopping by here to check out what's on offer amongst such a huge selection.

  The staff are super friendly but purchased some fish from them and within 8 days one died. Wasnt super impressed as fish arent cheap.

  Awesome service and knowledge displayed by all the staff. They even washed my dog in the DIY tub for me when my back was out with no extra charge. I have asked questions in preference to paying a vet and most tiimes, they do have an answer that solves the problem. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.
