  Lovely store and staff are normally very helpful, however, I had a bad experience with their groomers. I bought my Jack Russell in to have his nails cut. The cost was a bit pricey @ $20 but thought it would be worth it. The lady seem uncomfortable with my dog and cut the nails too short causing a few to bleed. She got very flustered and got powder to cover this nails. She wasn’t professional about the situation and chargered me full price for a shocking job. Won’t be getting grooming done from there again.
