  Just want to say a big thank you to the very helpful staff at Animates in Lunn Ave. I recently purchased a three tier cat house for our beautiful Bengal, who, I might add, absolutely loves it. It has been a huge success. She has explored every nook and cranny including the internal tunnel and the catnip ball has been an endless fascination for her. Anyway I am writing to say a special thank you to the staff member who assisted me. She was polite, helpful and most informative, not only giving the cat house a little spray of cat nip (which no doubt, helped matters) but also carrying the said cat house to my car which was parked some distance away.   Excellent service from knowledgable, willing and friendly staff. Excellent selection of food, toys, grooming items, housing items etc. 4/5 only because the prices are very expensive.

  Grate for fish have some of the best prices and are willing to help in every way possible
