::I think the fact that you have to go through an 0800 number to get hold of a bank manager in another area is shocking. Firstly you end up with omeone on the line that can hardly speak English and secondly they have to follow a protocol that simple says they do not understand what or why they are doing there job. I have been with ANZ for years and feel this is totally unacceptable.
