  used to be open saturdays. now closed on saturdays. useless for banking when i need it. will probably change banks because of this.

  Lunch time rush - 2 and at times 3 staff on the counters. I don't blame the tellers as the woman they were dealing with I assume were just there for a 30 minute chat, selflessly in the busiest part of the day. However when a queue of 10+ people standing for 30 minutes forms you'd hope something to be done. Absolutely terrible.

  I received a poor service at that ANZ bank. The staff was impolite and disrespectful. I don't recommend this bank. I was there to open a bank account with at ANZ, but I finally went to another bank because of the poor service.
