  This is the best place to stay for longer than one night. Same price as a studio motel but had four rooms. Very comfortable

  Five stars for the view on St Clair beach alone! Huge rooms. Powerful shower/wet room. Lovely hosts. And the sound of waves crashing on the beach all night - what’s not to love. (No elevator though, so you have to like stairs).

  It is worth staying here for the lovely hosts. So accommodating and polite. I loved the apartment as well. It was bright, clean, and tastefully decorated. The building features beautiful high ceilings and lovely architraves - a treat after having lost some historical buildings in Christchurch after the earthquake. A highlight of the stay was also the location - fabulous! Around the corner from some great cafes/restaurants. We enjoyed the Italian one on the corner - the best food I've had for ages. And the sea is just right there. Absolutely stunning. I will be coming back here.
