  This company doesn't deserve one star! The one high star review is from the Director! Please don't use this company. They are crooks. Turn up - take a photo - tell you the item isn't in stock and can't be replaced. Then ask for $107 for the visit. 1. We told them what part was needed on the phone so they could have looked and told us the part wasn't in stock without actually coming to the house! 2. They don't call as arranged and then complain when you aren't at home when you have told them to call. They can only be in business because people haven't checked them out first. If this stops anyone using this company then it will have been worth it. Sadly my partner paid the bill - I'd have told them to go shove their invoice where the sun doesn't shine.

  Useless and dishonest. Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay money for lies and no service.

  I was happy with the service as my appliance was repaired within the time frame given...😊😊

  Asked them to look over two appliances told them what the problem was, they arrived, didn't speak very much english and despite my instructions didn't fix anything. Dont get them.

  Wish I had read the reviews before emailing them for my broken washing machine. I can only endorse everyone else and their experiences with Appliance Care. Incompetence is an understatement for these clowns. As already stated, they dont follow up, ordered the wrong replacement parts, and then dont ring you when they have the right part. 6 weeks to change a board failure that took less than 10 minutes to do. My advice is steer well clear of these people. Ill never ring them for any appliance issues ever again.
