  Very smart and clean motel. Stayed there 2 nights but was magnificent. Its a walking distance into town i enjoyed it. Clean carpets. Upto date room thank you

  Motel of choice in Dunedin. Clean, peaceful and roomy. First stayed here in the 1970's!

  Was a fun weekend .Cousins get together ,lunch at Mitchells. Afternoon tea at Arcadia and a lot of catching up . A lovely time was had by all.
