  The Chartwell ASB branch is by far our favourite branch in Hamilton! They always help when we need them with a friendly smile & in a timely manner. The personal bankers are also great, really helpful & supportive. We appreciate everything Asb have done for us in the past & in particular, the Chartwell team!

  Don't answer the phone. Don't look at their faxes. They only respond when you ring the ASB 0800 No and say you can't get thru. Then they ring back fast. Even worse when you go there. Stand around waiting while staff members yak to each other about haircuts.

  Terrible they don't answer the phone onto my 6th call at Chartwell Branch let alone answer there emails......Frustrating.

  Ok first off Id just like to say thank you for everything. Great people great experience made everything so much easier and I really feel like I made the right decision changing banks and setting my kids up she told me everything i needed to know and so much more and has me thinking about my future and kids again I thank you for everything especially Sharon (sorry if I spelt it wrong)
