  Most of the staff here are not Kiwis so they are very nosey about why you are depositing the money, what for etc and their accents are very thick so I have difficulty understanding them. Find them all too confrontational. The only person who is normal is the young Kiwi woman who is nice and chatty and not about your money.

  Good bank and they cater well to my families banking needs. However, they are extremely nosy about what we are doing with our money. I find it uncomfortable

  The staff are friendly & helpful. However I get asked "what are you purchasing?" When I'm putting money into my account. The staff knows I'm putting money into my account. Or if I need money changed to different denominations, I get asked "is this for you?" The staff are odd here.
