::I hace been today as I wanted to open an account. The staff has provide good support and quick service. Went first to Kiwi bank just opposite to the building and the woman was not that helpful unfortunately.

::ASB its the worst bank I have ever seen in my life!!! I applied for a credit card online 10 days ago! After 5 days they contacted me and asked me to provide many documents! I send it to them immidiatly, after that they asked me for more documents! I went to their branch in Remuera and gave them all the documents they need! at the end they said we need a paper base proof of address! while they sent my debit card to my address a few days ago!! but they said we cannot accept other banks online bank statement or something like that as a proof of address! we just need paper proof of address!!!! and they rejected my credit card request! So disappointing and unbelievable...
